Safety Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Supervisor in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization seeking a skilled and safety-focused professional to ensure workplace safety regulatory compliance and occupational health standards. • Monitor shop floor safety and identify potential hazards.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety regulations.
  
• Manage PPE inventory and ensure proper employee usage.
  
• Maintain fire protection and emergency response systems.
  
• Promote occupational health and workplace safety initiatives.
  
• Monitor environmental compliance and waste management practices.
  
• Conduct safety training toolbox talks and awareness programs.
  
• Coordinate safety inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
  

• Industrial Safety Compliance Ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  
• PPE Management Monitoring availability and proper usage.
  
• Fire & Emergency Safety Maintaining emergency systems and drills.
  
• Documentation Preparing safety records and compliance reports.
  
• Safety Training Conducting employee awareness and induction sessions.
  

• ISO 45001 knowledge
  
• Incident investigation techniques
  
• Internal safety auditing
  

Experience is not specified in the job posting. Typical: 25 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial safety supervision with exposure to EHS practices.

• Minimum: Diploma / B.E. (Typical) in Safety Mechanical Industrial or related field
  
• Preferred: Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety
  
• Additional Certifications: NEBOSH IOSH Fire & Safety Certification (Typical)
