Job Summary
Develop implement and maintain the Project Safety Health and Environment (SHE/HSE) Plan in line with DJB requirements and statutory regulations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as Factory Act BOCW Act IS Codes and local safety regulations.
Conduct regular site safety inspections audits and risk assessments.
Identify hazards related to excavation trenching confined spaces pipeline works lifting operations and traffic management.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at all project sites.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications :
Graduate having atleast 15 years of overall experience out of which 5 years should be in water supply/ similar projects
Additional Information :
Strong knowledge of safety legislation standards and best practices.
Expertise in disaster management and emergency response planning.
Leadership skills with the ability to enforce safety compliance.
Excellent communication reporting and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
