We need at senior level M/SA–Prior banking background. Please use below to source. We need urgency as this to be available in first batch let’s prioritize.

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the automation delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive the automation intake and governance process for new demand.

• Partner with business unit leads operations teams and process owners to understand pain points workflows and inefficiencies.

• Conduct process discovery sessions/workshops to identify high-value automation candidates.

• Build and maintain a qualified automation opportunity pipeline; prioritize based on ROI complexity feasibility and business impact.

• Work with Automation Architects/Developers to ensure solution design aligns with business requirements

• Support change impact assessments and change management activities for automated processes.

• Track KPIs/benefits (FTE savings cycle time reduction error reduction compliance improvement)
