Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Team Lead to evaluate and define the creative and technical approach for assigned shots.
Review work-in-progress tasks on a daily basis to ensure quality standards are maintained and project deliveries remain on schedule.
Manage responsibilities with a balance of 70% Production and 30% Artist Mentoring.
Identify challenges in production and determine the most effective solutions to achieve desired output.
Ensure all assigned work is delivered within the planned schedule and allocated bid hours.
Share technical knowledge workflows and best practices with team members.
Mentor and support artists to enhance their technical and creative skill sets.
Maintain strong coordination with the team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only Senior Artists (1.4 SOP) will be considered.
Employees must have completed a minimum of 3 years of service with the company as of 30th May 2026.
Candidates should not have received any disciplinary warnings during the last one year.
