Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end business performance for the assigned region
Lead mentor and manage a team ensuring productivity and goal achievement
Set and monitor individual and team targets; conduct regular performance reviews
Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities within the region
Ensure smooth coordination between the field team and senior leadership
Monitor daily weekly and monthly performance metrics and report on regional health
Handle escalations resolve on-ground challenges and ensure customer/client satisfaction
Recruit train and onboard new team members as required
Ensure compliance with company policies processes and reporting standards.
Requirements
Full-time graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 3years of overall experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity
Demonstrated experience managing a team.
Strong people management communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel across the assigned Mumbai region as needed
