Summary of Role:

Provides technical and execution leadership for RF Analog and MixedSignal subsystems used in GlobalFoundries Smart Analog and Sensor device portfolio including radar transceivers sensor frontends power data converters and mixedsignal SoCs for automotive industrial and IoT applications.

Acts as the technical authority for RF/Analog architecture design quality and silicon execution working closely with Product Systems Digital Software and Manufacturing teams to deliver automotivegrade highvolume sensor and RF silicon.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead RF analog and mixedsignal architecture and execution across smart sensor and RFcentric products (e.g. radar FE/transceivers sensor interfaces PMIC blocks data converters).

  • Own endtoend technical quality of RF/analog subsystems from concept circuit design and verification through silicon bringup validation and production.

  • Serve as the design authority for critical RF and analog blocks including performance tradeoffs across noise linearity power area and robustness.

  • Drive alignment between system requirements circuit design layout reliability and test strategies.

  • Partner closely with process technology modeling and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for GF platforms (e.g. FDSOI RF CMOS advanced packaging).

  • Support customer and program engagements as the senior RF/Analog technical interface when required.

  • Influence and mentor engineers through technical leadership reviews and bestpractice definition (no direct people management required).

Core Competencies

  • Deep expertise in RF Analog and MixedSignal circuit design

  • Systemtosilicon translation for sensor and RFcentric SoCs

  • Automotivegrade design robustness and reliability

  • Crossdisciplinary influence across digital software and manufacturing

  • Strong silicon debug bringup and characterization leadership

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Masters or PhD preferred).

  • 15 years of experience in RF/analog or mixedsignal semiconductor design.

  • Proven delivery of RF or sensorcentric silicon into volume production.

  • Strong handson background in circuit design verification layout considerations and silicon validation.
