Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Female Revenue Generation (Media) to lead business growth through strategic client acquisition revenue generation and high-value deal closures within the media and advertising industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry connections exceptional sales capabilities and a proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment and can build long-term relationships with brands advertisers and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client acquisition
  • Identify approach and onboard brands advertisers and media agencies
  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with focus on high-value business opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Create and implement revenue generation strategies aligned with organizational growth goals
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and media solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to provide customized client solutions
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities within the media ecosystem
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate revenue forecasting


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Sales Revenue Generation Advertising Sales or Business Development
  • Strong understanding of media advertising digital marketing and brand partnerships
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and closing high-value deals
  • Strong expertise in lead generation negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with brands advertisers and media agencies is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
