Working in as a primary Revenue generation contact.

Working on a Multiple Products on daily basis to find out the leakages and generating revenue from such services.

Having good knowledge of the assurance area.

Creating SOP for Controls to standardize the process.

Reconcile Revenue Assurance Groups Month Data reviewing and preparing the Monthly presentation to our Marginal Managers about the Revenue earned lowlights and highlights.

Ensuring timely deliverance with 100% quality to the client as per SLA defined.

Worked on client specific special projects on monthly basis.

Investigate issues and supports resolution raising billing incidents where applicable and supporting GCB/CFUs in correction of customer bills.

Provide training to the new joiners in the team to create backups and maintain resources.

Proactively monitoring progress of project and BAU on regular basis.
