*Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Executive to join our growing NGO dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture and rural development. This role is pivotal in promoting our mission-driven initiatives raising awareness about agricultural products and driving community engagement across rural and urban markets. The ideal candidate will leverage their in-depth knowledge of agriculture products to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that highlight the value of sustainable farming organic produce and farmer empowerment. You will play a key role in shaping public perception building brand credibility and expanding outreach through digital and grassroots strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to social impact while developing professional expertise in social marketing and agricultural advocacy.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote agricultural products and NGO initiatives.
- Create compelling content (copy visuals social media posts) that educates and engages diverse audiences on sustainable farming and rural livelihoods.
- Collaborate with field teams to gather real-life success stories and case studies for use in campaigns.
- Manage and grow the NGOs digital presence across platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube) with a focus on agriculture-related content.
- Coordinate with local farmers and cooperatives to showcase authentic product stories and build trust with consumers.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to improve reach engagement and conversion.
- Organize and support community events farmer fairs and awareness drives to promote agricultural products and sustainable practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agricultural trends market demands and policy developments to inform marketing decisions.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience in working with farmer producer organizations (FPOs) or cooperatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and a regional language (e.g. Hindi Tamil Telugu etc.) is advantageous.

- 13 years of experience in marketing social media management or community outreachpreferably within NGOs agri-businesses or rural development organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of agriculture products including organic farming crop cycles and value chains.
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities with experience in content creation for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva Adobe Illustrator) and social media management platforms (Hoot suite Buffer).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for social impact and sustainable development.
- Willingness to travel to rural areas for fieldwork and community engagement.
