Job Summary
- Design and execute user research studies including interviews surveys usability testing and observational research
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns insights and actionable recommendations
- Translate research findings into clear compelling reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define research goals scope and methodologies
- Maintain a user-centric mindset throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Contribute to the development of research plans participant recruitment strategies and study materials
- Stay current with emerging research trends tools and best practices in user experience research
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Cognitive Science Sociology or a related field
- 2 years of experience in user research UX research or a similar role
- Proficiency in research tools such as Optimal Workshop Maze Lookback Dovetail or similar
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Familiarity with remote and in-person research facilitation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced agile environments
