Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors maintaining a tidy reception area and managing visitor logs.

  2. Communication & Inquiries: Answering and directing calls managing emails and addressing client queries or complaints.

  3. Administrative Support: Handling courier services filing data entry and coordinating with departments for smooth operations.

  4. Sales & Client Coordination: Scheduling appointments for sales teams maintaining client records and assisting with site visit coordination.

  5. Office Operations: Managing petty cash monitoring office stationery and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.



Requirements

  1. Experience: Previous experience in front office reception or customer service roles preferably in real estate.

  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and office equipment.

  3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

  4. Attributes: Professional appearance polite demeanour multitasking ability and strong organizational skills
