Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and sales opportunities for residential rooftop solar projects

  2. Conduct field visits client meetings and site surveys across Delhi/NCR

  3. Explain solar solutions pricing government subsidies ROI and benefits to homeowners

  4. Prepare and present sales proposals quotations and project feasibility reports

  5. Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers channel partners and referral networks

  7. Execute local marketing activities campaigns and society outreach programs

  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  9. Maintain accurate customer data follow-ups and sales reports

  10. Stay updated on MNRE policies subsidies and net-metering regulations



Requirements


  1. Freshers - 3 years of experience in solar sales / real estate/field sales / B2C sales

  2. Prior experience in residential solar rooftop sales is a plus

  3. Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage)

  4. Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills

  5. Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR residential societies and local areas

  6. Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR

  7. Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)

  8. Comfortable working in a field-based target-driven environment
