Job Summary
- Manage and supervise the overall school operations and administration.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day school activities.
- Coordinate with the Principal teachers administrative staff and support staff.
- Monitor facilities maintenance security transport housekeeping and other operational requirements.
- Manage vendors suppliers and external service providers.
- Ensure proper implementation of school policies and operational procedures.
- Handle staff coordination attendance and operational discipline.
- Monitor operational budgets expenses and resource utilization.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Maintain a safe organized and efficient school environment.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to the management.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in school operations administration or a similar managerial role.
- Candidates with prior experience in CBSE schools/educational institutions will be preferred.
- Strong leadership communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and operational activities effectively.
- Good knowledge of school administration and facility management.
- Should be proactive responsible and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Chintamani Karnataka.
