Job Summary
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial instruments and control systems
- Conduct accurate calibration of instruments in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and control system issues promptly and effectively
- Support and maintain PLC-based control systems including programming updates and diagnostics
- Document maintenance activities repair logs and system performance data
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and efficiency
Requirements
1 3 Years
- Proven experience with PLC programming troubleshooting and system integration
- Strong understanding of calibration procedures and instrumentation best practices
- Familiarity with process control systems and field instruments (e.g. pressure temperature flow sensors)
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics P&IDs and control diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid certification in instrumentation or related field is a plus (e.g. ISA CBT)
Required Skills:
