Job Summary
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers networks and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor system performance conduct regular maintenance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Provide technical support to engineering teams resolving hardware software and network issues promptly.
- Deploy configure and troubleshoot desktops laptops mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing firewalls encryption access controls and backup solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement installation and support of IT equipment and services.
- Document IT processes configurations and incident resolutions to maintain knowledge base and ensure continuity.
- Support the implementation of new software tools and systems aligned with engineering project needs.
- Participate in IT project planning risk assessment and post-implementation reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and security.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in IT support systems administration or network engineering.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) firewalls and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices data backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support critical system operations or project deadlines.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
