Requirements
* *Educational & Professional Base:* Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (02 years experience) hailing from tier-1 institutions (IITs IIMs ISB BITS NITs) or possessing an equally exceptional analytical track record.
* *Core Mental Framework:* Exceptional first-principles thinking deeply data-driven yet aggressively biased toward execution over pure theoretical analysis.
* *Ecosystem Passion:* Genuinely excited about the intersection of Bharats local languages consumer internet dynamics artificial intelligence and startup scaling mechanics.
* *Attributes:* High comfort with extreme ambiguity an entrepreneurial "hungry to build" mindset and the resilience to operate at a relentless startup pace.
