Collect clean and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
Translate business requirements into technical data queries and analytical models.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for optimization.
Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear data-driven narratives.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated with emerging data analytics trends tools and best practices.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related field.
25 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a similar role within the technology sector.
Proficiency in SQL Excel (advanced) and at least one data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Clear communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud) and big data technologies is a plus.
