KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Elite Relationship Architecture: Building deep high-trust advisory relationships with enterprise CXOs and product heads positioning Google Cloud as the definitive partner for AI-driven business transformation.
Quota & Territory Leadership: Delivering absolute accountability against aggressive sales quotas managing full-cycle business developments and providing precise revenue forecasting for the assigned market territory.
Cross-Functional Deal Orchestration: Leading complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deal structures by closely aligning with Customer Engineering Product Development Technical Leads Procurement and Legal teams.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Pipeline Execution: Collaborating with regional Google account teams marketing squads and the channel partner ecosystem to build high-velocity pipelines and deploy tailored go-to-market strategies.
Strategic Account Transformation: Conducting deep-dive technical evaluations of client software estates to engineer robust business cases for AI migration informed explicitly by Googles responsible AI framework.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive elite sales experience operating within Enterprise Software Cloud Computing or dedicated AI/ML infrastructure spaces.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated history of successfully identifying complex AI use cases managing technical transformation frameworks and closing multi-year software agreements.
Strategic Range: Proven track record of carrying and consistently exceeding high-value enterprise business and growth goals.
Skill Toolkit: Outstanding negotiation account qualification and problem-solving capabilities paired with a solid foundational technical understanding of modern Cloud and AI trends.
Academic Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical industry-recognized professional experience.
