Conceptualize and produce AI-driven creative content including interactive narratives generative visuals and adaptive user experiences.
Collaborate with AI engineers data scientists UX designers and product managers to translate technical capabilities into compelling user-centric experiences.
Lead the ideation planning and execution of creative projects from concept to deployment ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
Develop and maintain creative pipelines that integrate generative AI tools ensuring scalability reproducibility and quality control.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI generative media and digital creativity to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Manage timelines resources and stakeholder expectations across multidisciplinary teams ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality outputs.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on creative concepts and optimize performance.
Document creative processes workflows and best practices to build institutional knowledge and support team growth.

Requirements

25 years of experience in creative production digital content development or AI-powered media with a proven track record of leading creative projects.
Strong understanding of generative AI tools (e.g. GANs diffusion models LLMs) and their application in creative workflows.
Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite After Effects Blender or equivalent tools for visual and motion design.
Experience with AI integration platforms (e.g. Runway ML MidJourney Stable Diffusion) and API-based AI services.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced creative projects including interactive experiences generative art or adaptive content.
Bachelors degree in Design Media Arts Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree or certification in AI/ML or creative technology is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills adaptability and a passion for innovation in technology and creativity.
