Requirements
2-3 years in account management client success or client servicing ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
You listen more than you talk in client calls and in internal problem-solving
You take ownership. When something goes wrong your first instinct is to fix it not explain why it wasnt your fault
Comfortable with ambiguity you make judgment calls with incomplete information
Strong written and verbal communication; you can simplify complexity without dumbing it down
Experience working with US-based clients is a strong plus

A role for someone who needs heavy internal support to communicate with clients
A role for someone looking for a structured process-heavy environment were still building
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10 years of progressive sales management experience in the healthcare pharmaceutical or medical devices industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex high-volume markets. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching performance evaluation and talent -depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare ecosystem including hospital procurement processes regulatory frameworks and distribution networks. Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) MS Office Suite and data analysis for performance tracking. Willingness to travel extensively across South India including states such as Tamil Nadu Karnataka Kerala Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Demonstrated integrity ethical judgment and commitment to compliance with industry standards and codes of conduct.
