Job Summary
- Edit raw video footage captured from farms field visits and agricultural events into polished engaging content.
- Apply color grading audio balancing transitions and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Create on-screen graphics lower thirds captions and motion elements for educational and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with content writers photographers and field teams to ensure video narratives align with messaging goals.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets including project files footage and edited outputs.
- Assist in preparing videos for upload across platforms such as YouTube Instagram Facebook and internal training modules.
- Stay updated on video editing trends tools and best practices in digital content creation.
- Contribute ideas for video formats styles and storytelling techniques to improve audience engagement.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Film & Video Production Mass Communication Media & Communication or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of color correction audio editing and visual effects.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics timing and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and platform-specific video requirements.
- Portfolio or sample projects demonstrating editing skills (can include academic or personal work).
- Willingness to learn adapt quickly and receive constructive feedback.
- Availability for full-time internship in Mumbai with a minimum commitment of 3 months
Required Skills:
Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production workers including training scheduling and performance management. Provide guidance and support to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow. Ensure that machinery and equipment are operating correctly and safely. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records including output downtime and quality reports. Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and issues to management. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials. Manage stock control and ensure that production materials are used efficiently. Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering manufacturing business management or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
