Job Summary
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure real estate and construction sectors
- Promote and sell form work systems concrete machinery dry-mix products and admixtures
- Provide techno-commercial solutions based on client requirements and project specifications
- Prepare and present technical proposals cost estimates and commercial quotations
- Conduct site visits product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors consultants and project owners
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and systems
- Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand drawings BOQs and project requirements
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
- Relationship management and client handling skills
- Commercial acumen with cost estimation and pricing knowledge
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field; MBA in Sales/Marketing (added advantage)
28 years of experience in techno-commercial sales. Experience in formwork systems construction chemicals concrete equipment or related products preferred.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Required Education:
