Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement inbound logistics warehousing and outbound distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers to prevent stockouts and overstocking utilizing inventory management systems effectively.
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier selection to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery order accuracy and inventory turnover.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain visibility reduce lead times and increase operational agility.
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards particularly those relevant to the cosmetics industry (e.g. GMP FDA ISO).
- Collaborate with sales marketing and production teams to forecast demand and align supply chain capacity accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for audits regulatory inspections and internal reviews.
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) to improve process automation and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics within the FMCG cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management procurement warehousing and transportation logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) WMS and TMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and documentation requirements in the cosmetics and personal care sector.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Gujarat and surrounding regions for vendor visits or site audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and forecasting.
Required Skills:

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
