Job Summary
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design and propose tailored technical solutions that address specific client challenges.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase the value proposition of our technology to potential and existing customers.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Provide expert guidance on system integration troubleshooting and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution architectures implementation guides and best practice recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement based on market feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Support the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle by offering technical expertise during contract negotiations and deployment phases.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a solutions engineering technical sales or software development role within the technology industry.
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages cloud platforms and database management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical architectures and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on consultative selling and solution design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
