Job Summary
- Lead and manage all operational functions across departments ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Develop implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and increase scalability.
- Oversee daily operations including resource allocation workflow management and performance tracking.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed improvements through Lean Six Sigma or other operational frameworks.
- Collaborate with department heads (Finance HR Sales Marketing etc.) to ensure cohesive execution and cross-functional synergy.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to track operational health and progress.
- Manage budgets forecasts and vendor contracts to ensure financial accountability and optimal resource utilization.
- Lead and mentor operational teams fostering professional development and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards internal policies and industry best practices.
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership on operational matters and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Operations or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 25 years of progressive experience in operations management within a business services or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams managing complex operational processes and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in process optimization change management and project management methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development accountability and performance culture.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management frameworks in business operations.
