Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development: Identifying and securing opportunities across high-growth verticals like Media & Entertainment Quick Commerce QSR and Fintech.
Consultative Sales: Offering strategic media solutions via vertical play books defining campaign goals learning agendas and buy models.
Strategic Initiatives: Partnering with cross-functional teams to structure and drive operational initiatives and compelling sales propositions.
Account Planning: Owning the planning for senior client meetings developing work plans and utilising data to create persuasive sales presentations.
Performance Optimization: Developing metrics to measure account growth providing performance reports and recommending continuous improvements.
Leadership & Mentorship: Serving as an ethical leader to foster a culture of integrity while providing guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
Core Experience: 10 years of experience in marketing advertising media sales or online advertising.
Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of social media mobile apps performance advertising and biddable/auction-based digital buying.
Executive Presence: A strong track record of engaging with C-Level executives and existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers.
Analytical Depth: Strong understanding of App Analytics measurement and data-informed strategy adaptation.
Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate market trends and case studies into persuasive narratives.
Education: Bachelors degree in business communications marketing or a related field.
