Job Summary

Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications to ensure functionality performance and usability.
Identify document and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira Bugzilla).
Collaborate with development product and operations teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts based on requirement specifications.
Perform regression integration and system-level testing to validate software releases.
Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives as part of an agile development framework.
Conduct usability testing and provide feedback to enhance user experience.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics including defect density test coverage and release stability.
Stay updated with emerging testing tools frameworks and industry best practices.
Support the implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with a focus on quality gates.
