Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* *Localization Project Governance:* Steering the comprehensive lifecycle of premium media localization tracksincluding end-to-end management of subtitling dubbing script adaptations and multi-lingual master files.
* *Cross-Border Stakeholder Coordination:* Serving as the primary regional operational link for major international streaming networks global content managers external vendor networks and native translators.
* *Workflow & Quality Control Stewardship:* Overseeing complex multi-tier media workflows ensuring rigorous technical and linguistic quality control (QC) checks are flawlessly executed before final client handoff.
* *Resource & Capacity Matrixing:* Designing delivery timelines allocating linguist pools setting milestone deadlines and proactively balancing resource grids across multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
* *Night-Shift Operations Leadership:* Driving operational continuity and rapid problem resolution during the 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST window to sync seamlessly with US client studios and production pipelines.
Requirements
* *Domain Foundations:* A verified professional track record operating as a Project Manager Delivery Lead or Operations Executive inside a *reputed Media Localization Firm Dubbing Studio Post-Production House OTT Content Ops Desk or Digital Media Distribution Hub*.
* *Technical Process Command:* Deep operational familiarity with digital video/audio container formats subtitle file configurations (SRT VTT SCC) metadata structures and modern cloud-based localization platforms.
* *Execution Capabilities:* Outstanding project management mechanicsa structured thinker who excels at managing high-volume priority matrices mitigating delivery risks and resolving operational logjams on the fly.
* *Attributes:* Masterful professional English communication skills (written and verbal) tailored for international corporate clients; a high degree of proactive ownership and complete alignment with an on-site night shift framework.
