Managing hands-on execution across Meta Google YouTube DV360 and Affiliate Marketing; tracking ROI optimization and partnering with product and creative units to scale business growth.

Requirements

Experience Base: 25 years of verified performance marketing and media buying success inside agile startup or growth ecosystems.

Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on dashboard expertise inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with sharp analytical reasoning and a performance-first mindset.

Attributes: High ownership capacity comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership and clear problem-solving mechanics.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA preferred. 25 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media marketing email marketing and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication presentation and leadership abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
