Job Summary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical AI solutions
- Assist in collecting cleaning and preprocessing large-scale datasets for training and validating AI models.
- Develop train and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models using Python and industry-standard frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch)
- Participate in model optimization hyper parameter tuning and performance benchmarking
- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments using containerization and cloud platforms
- Document model architecture training procedures and results for knowledge sharing and reproducibility
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI/ML and recommend improvements to existing systems
- Support testing debugging and iterative refinement of AI components to ensure robustness and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related technical field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML development data science or software engineering
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning neural networks and NLP fundamentals
- Experience with data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation metrics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker Rubbernecks)
- Ability to write clean modular and well-documented code
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
