Requirements
* Experience Base: Verifiable career success operating as a TA Lead or Manager inside high-velocity startup or B2B tech ecosystems with a heavy track record of scaling teams and closing leadership positions.
* Competencies: Exceptional process engineering capability for tech and non-tech recruitment; high proficiency in modern candidate assessment models tracking data setups and executive headhunting.
