KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Talent Architecture: Partnering closely with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements and design end-to-end talent acquisition strategies that match rapid business growth.
Culture & Employee Experience Blueprinting: Building a transparent high-performing workspace culture defining organizational values and driving engagement programs that scale retention.
Performance Management & Progression: Instituting scalable data-driven performance evaluation frameworks OKR/KPI structures and succession planning roadmaps.
Business Partnering (HRBP): Serving as a trusted advisor to departmental heads providing strategic HR interventions conflict resolution and leadership coaching.
Operations & Compliance Escalation: Overseeing core HR operations payroll alignment employee wellness initiatives and compliance frameworks across the Mumbai hub.
Requirements
Industry Domain Background: Demonstrated track record of scaling high-performing teams explicitly within Startups E-commerce Quick Commerce Retail or Consumer-Tech environments.
Ecosystem Agility: Proven experience navigating the chaotic fast-evolving lifecycles of rapid-scale hyper-growth businesses.
Core Competency: A masterful balance of human empathy and sharp business acumenpossessing the ability to translate corporate growth strategies into executable people frameworks.
Attributes: Outstanding negotiation and communication skills strong data orientation high emotional intelligence and a hands-on execution mindset.

We are looking for a driven and highly organised Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate the full operational scope of our newly established company in Harare Zimbabwe. This is a hands-on cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the business connecting warehouse management commodity trading operations logistics coordination and procurement.
