Job Summary
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the Founder managing ad-hoc and high-priority initiatives across business functions.
- Lead end-to-end execution of special projects including market expansion new product launches and internal process optimization.
- Coordinate with department heads to align goals track progress and deliver timely updates to senior leadership.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Draft presentations reports and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage calendar communications and documentation for the Founders Office with precision and discretion.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions to enhance productivity.
- Support fundraising activities investor communications and board-level reporting as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in a strategic operational or generalist role within FMCG food & beverage or a high-growth startup environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and presentation tools (Excel PowerPoint Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated experience in project management cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership in a confidential and high-trust capacity.
