Job Summary
Assist in the deployment monitoring and maintenance of applications on AWS.
Support cloud infrastructure management using AWS services such as EC2 S3 IAM VPC RDS and CloudWatch.
Monitor system health performance and availability and escalate issues as required.
Participate in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and application-related issues.
Support backup recovery and disaster recovery activities.
Assist in implementing security best practices and access management using IAM.
Contribute to automation and scripting tasks using basic Python Shell scripting or AWS tools.
Maintain technical documentation operational procedures and knowledge repositories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and operational excellence.
Stay updated with emerging AWS services and cloud technologies.
Basic understanding of AWS Cloud services (EC2 S3 IAM VPC RDS CloudWatch).
Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems.
Basic understanding of scripting using Python Shell or PowerShell.
Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting concepts.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skill sets
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git Jenkins Docker or Terraform is an advantage.
Internship or academic project experience in cloud technologies is preferred.
