Job Summary

Collect clean and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker to visualize key business metrics.
Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements implement tracking frameworks and ensure data accuracy.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions including A/B testing evaluation user behavior analysis and performance benchmarking.
Develop and automate data pipelines using SQL Python or other scripting languages to improve data accessibility and efficiency.
Monitor data quality and integrity; identify anomalies and implement corrective measures.
Translate business questions into data queries and deliver clear concise insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Stay current with industry trends in data analytics machine learning and data visualization tools.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related quantitative field.
25 years of hands-on experience in data analysis preferably within a technology or software-driven environment.
Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUP macros) and Google Sheets for rapid analysis.
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
