About the team
The Senior Benefits Analyst will be an integral operational partner to the U.S.-based Benefits Team. Based in India this role supports the accurate compliant and efficient delivery of our benefits programs from day-to-day administration and employee support to data integrity compliance and reporting.You will also partner closely with the Benefits Program Managers to support benefits administration across our locations- U.S Mexico India Germany Canada and Serbia. This is a high-impact high-visibility role within our GCC and an opportunity to grow deep expertise in global benefits operations.

About the role
Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits programs across health welfare retirement and ancillary plans ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience.
Process enrollment transactions qualifying life events and employee data changes in the HRIS; partner with carriers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Serve as a Tier 3 resource for employee benefits inquiries providing clear and timely guidance on plan provisions eligibility and enrollment processes.
Assist with benefits billing processes including data validation and submission support; U.S. team retains payment authorization.
Partner with the Global Benefits Program Manager to support international benefits administration across multiple countries including enrollment coordination billing reconciliation and carrier data management.
Support routine plan administration tasks for international programs including data pulls eligibility tracking and audit support.
Compliance & Audit
Support the preparation and coordination of recurring U.S. benefits compliance obligations including annual filings regulatory reporting and plan documentation.
Execute a portfolio of recurring data audits across benefit programs to ensure enrollment accuracy eligibility integrity and data quality.
Prepare audit documentation organize supporting materials and manage audit checklists; escalate findings and flag discrepancies to the U.S. team for resolution.
Monitor ongoing compliance obligations and proactively surface issues to the appropriate U.S. owner.

Qualifications
4 years of experience in benefits administration HR operations or a related field
Experience administering health welfare and/or retirement benefit programs
Familiarity with benefits compliance concepts and regulatory obligations is a strong plus
Experience supporting global or international benefits programs preferred
Proficiency with Workday or a comparable HRIS; comfortable running reports and processing benefit transactions
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data reconciliation and reporting
Excellent written communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with employees vendors and global counterparts
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced asynchronous remote environment
