Job Summary
- Oversee end-to-end production planning execution and delivery across multiple projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines resources and deliverables
- Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks escalating issues proactively to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering operations and supply chain teams to optimize workflows
- Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
Requirements
5 years managing end-to-end production and project execution
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana)
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Operations or a related field
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus
