Youll interact with clients understand their needs and build real-world skills from day one.
- Partner with clients to identify goals challenges and expectations
- Translate business and operational needs into clear actionable project plans
- Execute deliverables using real-world applications and emerging best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely high-quality results and sustained client satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new tools processes and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical results-oriented solutions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to task ownership and team collaboration
- Bachelors degree in business communications or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in client services project coordination or a similar role (a plus)
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
