Job Summary

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with clarity and professionalism

Requirements

* Good English communication skills are mandatory

* Strong speaking and client-handling ability preferred

* Experience in telecalling or business development is an advantage

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
