Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain scalable and secure backend services using modern frameworks and architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features and functionality
- Optimize application performance scalability and reliability through code refactoring and infrastructure improvements
- Implement and manage APIs using RESTful and/or GraphQL standards
- Ensure data consistency integrity and security across systems and databases
- Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews technical planning and agile development cycles
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments
- Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines and ensure CI/CD efficiency
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply relevant innovations to improve system architecture
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 25 years of hands-on experience in backend development with a strong focus on system design and performance
- Proficiency in at least one major backend language (e.g. Python Java Go or Ruby)
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB or DynamoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes)
- Experience with message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ Kafka) and caching mechanisms (e.g. Redis) is a plus
- Knowledge of security best practices including authentication/authorization (OAuth JWT) encryption and secure coding
- Proficient in version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
