Job Summary
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to support business growth across design marketing retail supply chain and corporate functions.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to define role requirements succession planning and workforce forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing networking and engagement with fashion industry professionals and institutions.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives including social media presence career site content and participation in fashion industry events and job fairs.
- Utilize ATS and HRIS platforms to manage recruitment workflows track KPIs and generate talent analytics reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through timely communication feedback and continuous improvement of hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to support talent development internal mobility and retention strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 25 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably within the fashion lifestyle or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for creative and operational roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Workday Greenhouse) and data-driven hiring practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently prioritise tasks and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of industry trends brand culture and creative talent dynamics.
- Experience in building employer branding strategies and managing candidate experience initiatives.
