Job Summary
We are looking for a Renewable Energy Engineer to support the Department of Energy Government of Chhattisgarh/Tripura in monitoring and implementing key renewable energy programs including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (PMSGMBY) and PM-KUSUM.
Location: Raipur Chhattisgarh/Agartala Tripura (Full-time deployment with Department of Energy Government of Chhattisgarh)
Assignment Duration: 12 Months(Contingent upon Winning the bid)
Engagement Type: Consultant / Fixed-Term Project Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Support monitoring and implementation of renewable energy projects and government schemes.
- Work closely with the Department of Energy CSPDCL and CREDA.
- Assist in project tracking reporting stakeholder coordination and data analysis.
- Support training and capacity-building initiatives for government officials.
- Prepare presentations reports and project updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Masters degree in Engineering MBA or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in India.
- Experience supporting at least one renewable energy project with a state utility government department or renewable energy agency.
- Exposure to project monitoring implementation or advisory assignments.
Skills
- Good understanding of renewable energy projects and government programs.
- Strong analytical coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
