Job Summary

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand clients financial needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Educate clients about products and services.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and satisfaction checks.
  • Gather client feedback and proactively address concerns.
  • Prepare and present client performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.


    • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in customer service sales or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.



    • Required Skills:

    qualified faculty member with a strong academic and research background in Computer Science or IT. Teaching and research experience preferred Candidates Preferred from Bangalore only


    Required Education:

    in Computer Science or Information in Computer Science or Information TechnologyPh.D. in CS/IT (awarded)
