Experience: Minimum 1 year in Gold Loan / BFSI Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate

The role involves sourcing managing and growing the Gold Loan portfolio through customer acquisition branch walk-ins and relationship management while ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

• Drive Gold Loan business through branch walk-ins and field sourcing.

• Conduct gold appraisal as per company policies (where applicable).

• Ensure timely processing documentation and loan disbursal.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to audit and compliance norms.

• Achieve monthly disbursal and revenue targets.

• Support branch operations for Gold Loan-related activities.

• Knowledge of Gold Loan process and appraisal (preferred).

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.

• Ability to handle customers with integrity and build long-term relationships.
