Job Summary
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the School Finance vertical in Agra. The role involves acquiring and managing schools and educational institutions as clients for financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach schools and educational institutions in the assigned territory for financing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners trustees and management
• Explain loan products assess requirements and collect the required documents
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement
• Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
• Keep client records and follow company compliance guidelines

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in school or education finance or in SME or secured-loan sales: add years
• Good knowledge of the Agra education market
• Strong communication relationship-building and target-delivery skills
• Willing to do field visits (two-wheeler and valid DL if required)
