Position: Regional Service Manager
Location: Cochin
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Vehicle Service with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership
Salary: 60K
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute plans to achieve regional financial targets.
- Monitor performance and take corrective actions when needed.
- Oversee workshop operations ensuring smooth vehicle flow and resolving bottlenecks.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention through innovative programs.
- Implement new initiatives to enhance dealership operations and customer experience.
- Guide and support the regional service team to meet service goals.
- Manage the region’s Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Coordinate with TML Service officials.
- Conduct regular service audits and improve service quality.
