Regional Manager – Financial Services

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and manage multiple branches within the assigned region. The role involves driving business growth managing teams and ensuring operational excellence across branches.

• Manage day-to-day operations across 715 branches in the region
  
• Drive revenue AUM growth and client acquisition targets
  
• Lead mentor and develop Branch Managers and their teams
  
• Monitor branch KPIs and ensure consistent service quality
  
• Build strong relationships with HNI and retail clients
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy norms
  
• Identify market opportunities and execute regional growth plans
  
• Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth delivery
  

• 8 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services industry
  
• Strong product knowledge in Demat Accounts & Mutual Funds
  
• Experience managing multi-branch operations or regional P&L
  
• Excellent leadership team building & stakeholder management
  
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations KYC norms & compliance
  
• / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Branch Manager or Branch Lead
  
• Prior experience handling multiple branches or a regional portfolio
