We are seeking experienced and result-oriented professionals from the pharmaceutical industry to join our sales leadership team. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving business growth managing sales operations leading field teams and achieving revenue targets within their assigned territories.

• Achieve Sales Targets and revenue goals.
• Develop Territory Plans and execute regional strategies.
• Lead Field Teams and ensure productivity.
• Manage Distributors and channel partners.
• Strengthen Relationships with doctors hospitals pharmacies and institutions.
• Monitor Market Trends and competitor activities.
• Identify Opportunities to expand market share.
• Prepare Reports forecasts and MIS.

• Regional Head: 814 years of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience.
• Area Sales Head: 38 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or related discipline.
• Skills: Communication leadership negotiation analytical ability and business development.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
