We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our Ocean Market team. The successful candidate will ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting forecasting and analysis to support ocean initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add value to the business team.

• Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean market providing Analysis on financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and present financial models forecasts and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets forecasts and KPIs identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights run simulations gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders

• MBA-Finance with 8-10 years of overall experience and 5 years in FPNA.
• Experience of financial modelling budgeting and forecasting process.
• Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel SAP BI/BW Power BI.
• End-to-end ownership and accountability - taking initiative not waiting for direction.
• Strong stakeholder communication - staying proactive and solution-oriented even when things get messy.
• Resilience under pressure - especially during close cycles and flash discussions.
• Openness to feedback and adaptability - able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Alignment with COE values - collaboration transparency and performance storytelling in everything they do.
