Unlike a traditional internship participants work on live recruitment assignments receive practical training and have the opportunity to progress into an independent Recruitment Partner.
Internship Objective:
To develop future Recruitment Partners capable of independently managing recruitment assignments candidates and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements.
Source and screen candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls.
Coordinate interviews.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
Assist in business development activities.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Learn the complete recruitment life cycle.
